NOTE: The distance from the wedding pavilion to the convention center is approximately 0.4 miles and may take between 10-15 minutes walking.

The quickest route is walking through the villas wing and then under the covered walkway past the front of the hotel.

B. Disney Shuttle Bus Pick-up/Drop-off
C. Disney Monorail Station (2nd floor)
Uber/Lyft Ride Share Pick-up/Drop-off (Ground Level)
A. Pre-Reception: Immediately following the ceremony, the pre-reception will be held on the Whitehall Patio where drinks and light snacks will be available.
B. Reception: The reception is located in Salon 4 and you will be notified once it is time to relocate to this location. Here you will find your table number and brunch and drinks will be available.

Restrooms are located directly across the hall from the Salon

Should you need a smoking section, there are designated areas on property for this, no smoking is allowed outside of these areas. If you need assistance locating one, a Disney Cast Member will be glad to assist you.

Because we are on a schedule for the events during the reception, toasting, dances, cake cutting etc., cannot be delayed or postponed, so please keep this in mind should you leave the Salon during the reception.
